Highly recommend this tour! The staff on board were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about the animals we encountered. The small group size made it feel like a private experience, which was fantastic. We were lucky enough to see all the animals mentioned — whales, otters, seals, and even eagles!

Excellent tour with a very friendly and informative crew. Captain aligned and positioned the boat whenever viewing opportunities arose. Glacier, icebergs, harbor seals and humpback whales. Then gave you plenty of time with each. He understands what people came to see, just a wonderful experience.

What an experience.. this was my 5th time in Juneau and first time doing a whale watch tour. I was skeptical because I thought it was going to be packed with cruise ship passengers but it was not! We had a little delay because one of the buses broke down but it was a blessing in disguise because we ended up seeing a pod of Orcas at the beginning of the tour and definitely wouldn’t have gotten to see them if we were on time!!!! Denali was so much fun, answered all our questions and was just excited as all of us seeing the whales & wildlife. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

Great team on board! They made sure we had every opportunity to see the Alaskan wildlife from the spawning salmon, eagles, otters, seals and even whales. Very nice boat to be able to get out of the weather.

Capitan Jared was great! Connor the naturalist knew what was up and we spotted a humpback whale 30 seconds after departing. Otters, bald eagles, grey whales, seal lion, humpback whales, the tour did not disappoint. The food was amazing on fin island. Spencer kicked butt making sure everything was handled aboard! Thanks guys! Once in a lifetime experience.

We took the Tracy Arm Fjord & Glacier Explorer tour and it was the highlight of our Alaska trip! Absolutely spectacular scenery and wildlife (humpbacks, seals, sea lions, mountain goats). The crew was very knowledgable and did a terrific job running the tour. Highly recommended!

Misty Fjords tour was sensational, the views are spectacular, pictures can only give you a fraction of the beauty. There was a young and well prepared biologist providing interesting info throughout the experience. If you are lucky like we were, this is also a great experience for whale watching.

Excellent tour of Tracy Arm with amazing narration by Mya the naturalist on board. The 3 person crew was great. A good amount of time watching a very active glacier. We saw whales and seals. I loved this tour.

We did the humpback whale and sea otter tour with True Alaskan Tours and it was an incredible experience. The two-hour tour was the perfect length and offered beautiful, peaceful views out on the water. We saw so many amazing animals including humpback whales, sea otters, moon jellies, and bald eagles. A must-do if you're visiting Sitka and want to experience Alaska’s wildlife up close and don't want to do a lengthy tour.

There are not enough words to identify how amazing this 12-hour trip to glacier Bay national Park was. I plan on coming back to the Juneau area, specifically on a date that this trip is running again. The staff were amazing, including the captain who was very attentive if somebody saw something. We were able to see many humpback whales, dalls porpoises, seals, stellar sea lions, mountain goats and of course my favorite puffins!!! If you have the option to do this excursion, TAKE IT!!! Thank you for an amazing trip. It was our first full day in Juneau for a week, and was probably the best day for all of us. Close up views of the glaciers. But the ability to see the wildlife was absolutely astounding. Thank you again!!!!
